Senior Digital Consultant

At dentsu we are looking for a Senior Digital Consultant to join our team in Milan.

The purpose of the role is to drive client success by developing and managing impactful digital performance strategies. As your experience and expertise grow, you will take on increasing responsibilities, delivering meaningful results for our clients and leading teams toward excellence in digital marketing.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance campaigns across search (AdWords, Bing), social (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest), and display platforms
• Solid knowledge of digital and e-commerce tools (Search ads, DV360, Analytics, Adobe, Salesforce)
• Handle campaign processes end-to-end, including strategy development, media planning, ad setup, daily optimization, and performance reporting
• Develop and manage impactful digital performance strategies to drive client success
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure measurable results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with client goals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic guidance and performance insights
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools to ensure innovative and effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Communication or similar fields
• 3-4 years of experience in digital performance campaign management
• Proficiency in search and social platforms (AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest) and display performance vendors
• Tracking and quality platforms knowledge (Analytics, Campaign Manager)
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance strategy and campaign management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Leadership capabilities and experience in managing or mentoring teams
• Proactive mindset with a passion for delivering results and driving innovation
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
