Read more about your future team and employees’ stories .How to contribute to our visionFor our System Integration Department within the Technology Division, we are looking for a Senior DevOps Infrastructure Architect to our existing DevOps Team.In the System Integration Department, we fulfill the role of a Solution Level System Team according to SAFe. Which means that we are responsible for; the SW test strategy, the enforcement of it, and the creation and maintenance of our CI build- and test environments, in which automated tests are executed.This involves both HIL setups and small to large virtual environments, that handles both the hard real-time and large scalability requirements. We operate two data centers and two test labs.The introduction of Continuous Delivery is a strategic goal of the SW division, and our team has been given the responsibility of introducing it.What are my responsibilities?You will assist in designing new test sites and infrastructureYou will install and configure virtual and hardware test sites within our infrastructure.You will closely cooperate with our DevOps specialist and system testers.You act as a configuration specialist across multiple products, ensuring sites are setup and configured correctly. The products range from embedded controllers over large SCADA server systems to central fleet management systems.Together with the rest of the team you ensure the operational side of our HW and VMware test environment.What do I need to qualify for this job?Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.The ideal candidate may have academic degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Data Technician in combination with thorough practical experience with the following:You have an interest or experience in architectural work, as you need to shape the future setup of our data centerYou have significant experience in server setup and configuration, both virtual and hardware.You are ‘hands-on’ and can get things done in a maintainable mannerYou have knowledge of virtualization technologies (especially VMware)You have experience in applying agile software development practices (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban)You are motivated by and interested in automation and developmentYou have advanced operational knowledge on both Windows and LinuxYou have operational knowledge of IP networks especially CISCO products (CCNP level)You have experience with automatic deployment of network and server components preferably using AnsibleYou take pride in ensuring a production environment while constantly extending and improving it.You have strong communication skillsYou have excellent English verbal and written language skillsMost importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts.
