Become a part of DevOps team working on enhancing IT stability by using Advanced Analytics to identify and mitigate IT issues within IPC processes and business solutions. New challenges are waiting for you!Key responsibilities:

• Improving IT stability
• Standards & Automation by design
• Increasing maturity & compliance
• Collaborating with stakeholders for innovative ideas
• Testing hypotheses and build statistical models
• Creating advanced dashboards/reports
• Ensuring data collection and quality

Ideal candidate profile:

• Strong experience in T-SQL, DAX
• Proficiency in Python for ML and data wrangling
• Experience with Power BI (preferred) or other BI tools
• Deep knowledge of descriptive and predictive analytics techniques
• ITIL Foundation certification or experience in IT Service Management
• Lean-Agile certification (SAFe/Scrum)
• Academic degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or similar
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Fluent English (C1 level)

Conditions

• Working mode: Hybrid, 1-2 days per week from the office in Gdynia or Warsaw
• Form of cooperation: B2B
• Salary: 180 PLN / h (B2B)
