Look no further, you have found it.Job DescriptionAs Senior DevOps Chapter Lead you will manage a small team of experts who is responsible for enabling our software development teams with knowledge, best practices, and support within the fields of Cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. As Chapter Lead, you will play an essential role in defining and implementing cloud and pipeline architecture, enabling product development teams to manage their pipelines, build and deploy systems efficiently, and integrate best practices. This role will focus on Azure-based cloud solutions and orchestration of Kubernetes based on-premises solutions, ensuring the security, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure.What you will do:

• Team Leadership: Foster and build a high-performing team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to team members.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, ensuring it aligns with best practices and supports the needs of our development teams.
• Security Expertise: Implement security best practices to safeguard cloud-based applications and infrastructure for the Getinge DHS product portfolio.
• CI/CD Integration: Collaborate with software development teams to seamlessly integrate CI/CD practices into the development process, enabling faster and more reliable software delivery.
• Pipeline Automation: Assist software development teams in building and automating CI/CD pipelines for their products, fostering a culture of automation and efficiency.
• Cloud Journey Support: Work closely with product teams to provide guidance and support in their cloud adoption journey, helping them leverage Azure cloud services effectively.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to Azure cloud services and DevOps practices. Evaluate the fit of new technology with the Getinge DHS architecture and infrastructure.
• Knowledge Sharing: Share your knowledge and experience with fellow team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Your Experience

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or similar.
• Previous experience as Team Lead or Manager within relevant area of expertise.
• Proven work experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or similar role with a strong focus on Azure-based cloud solutions.
• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub actions).
• Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Source control tools ex. Git.
• Scripting (Azure CLI, PowerShell).
