We focus on areas such as Cash Management, Foreign Exchange (FX), Working Capital, Trade Finance and Investor Services, serving Business, Large Corporate & Institutional clients across the Nordics, UK/IE, and Poland.What we do:

• Conceptualisation and Content Creation: We create and maintain all TxB related content for both relational and digital advisory and sales, including web content, sales materials, email marketing, customer events, and Request for Proposal (RfP) processes. *Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.
• Commercial Opportunities: We proactively identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities, leading Go-to-Market strategies, and solution implementations.
• Project Management: We oversee the development roadmap, manage projects and pilots aimed at enhancing digital customer engagement and digital business models.
• Tender Management: We ensure high-quality and timely responses to Corporate’s RfPs.

You will become part of a global team located in Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Vilnius. Our team combines specialist domain knowledge with a structured and methodological approach. You can expect to lead key initiatives aligned with our Forward 28 strategy. In this role, you will have opportunities to influence and shape our development roadmap, operational frameworks, and collaborative processes across several departments including Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Communications, ComEx, and Legal. As you grow with us, you’ll build a substantial network across departments and gain an in-depth understanding of transaction banking products and services.Examples of potential projects include:

• Execute digital engagement initiatives, where you identify business leads, define target customer groups and compelling messages with clear calls to action, and project manage the process
• Develop Go-to-Market strategies, where you plan and execute commercial activities for new product launches
• Analyse discount structures to identify opportunities and present business decisions for a harmonised pricing approach
• Develop customer centric and highly engaging content for various channels to enhance our value proposition in areas such as FX, Risk Management, and Digitalisation and Integration

About you:

• 3 – 5+ years of experience in commercial development, consultancy, project management, or communication
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within business, communication, or a related field
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and proficiency in Excel
• Has a strategic commercial mindset with robust consultancy skills and experience in breaking down strategy into concrete actionable steps for execution
• Experience from the Financial Sector and familiarity with Transaction Banking solutions is preferred, but not required
• Exhibits strong analytical skills and a holistic problem-solving approach
• Maintains a customer-centric focus in all project aspects
• Demonstrates excellent process mapping, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Shows a high level of initiative and enjoys defining solutions and driving progress in complex areas
• Is a proactive team player committed to mutual growth and support
• Advanced English language skills

We offer:This position can be located both in Lithuania and Denmark. If you are hired in Lithuania, the applicable salary range will be from 2520 to 3780 EUR monthly (based on your competencies relevant for the job).Additionally, each Danske Bank employee receives employee benefits package which includes:
