Senior Designer – Ecommerce

Content Management – working to briefs from the art director to take projects from concept design through to marketing. There will be more creative license for the senior designer than others in the team, they will ensure projects are released on time and to the highest standards. Alongside the art director, the senior designer will be responsible for maintaining brand/licensor standards in all customer-facing work, giving direction to other team members when needed. 

Content Creation – responsible for producing first-rate content for ‘special projects’ such as player meetings, storyboarding promotional video, illustrations, working with artists and new brands.

Creative control – we have many projects running concurrently; they are multi-faceted, and it will not be possible for the art director to make every decision. In these situations, the senior designer will take on creative control as needed. They will also manage workflow and advise the design team if the art director is pulled away for any reason. 

Project planning – the senior designer would be involved in monthly planning meetings with the Ecommerce leadership team. As well as design, they will have more of a holistic view of the business, with input on licenses, projects, scheduling and generating revenue.
