and innovation projects within organization.Responsibilities:Research, create and implement advanced statistical models and cutting-edge machine learning algorithms on fast-moving structured and
unstructured data to support decision making.You need to Investigate the most appropriate techniques to solve complex problems by assessing diverse mathematical, statistical and AI models.Collaborate with engineering teams to seamlessly transition AI innovations into scalable and reliable operational solutions.Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports, visualizations and
presentations to gain alignment and drive business actions.You have to collaborate with Software Engineers to ensure the smooth integration of data science products into global offerings.Have a very strong product mindset and proactively ideate, design, improve and automate relevant data products.
Guide and mentor junior data scientists and rest of the team on modeling process and algorithm and foster a collaborative and innovative work
environment.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLM, NLP, deep learning, and machine learning algorithms, and proactively identify opportunities
to leverage new technologies for improved solutions.What you’ll need to succeedPhD or master’s degree in computer science, statistics, data science, mathematics or other discipline (e.g., electrical engineering, economics,
psychology) that exposes scientific methods of research and analysis.You should have minimum five years of work experience in a professional context, preferably in a global setup with distributed virtual teams and
environments.You should have Strong data fundamentals and demonstrated ability to organise, clean, schematise and process data, as well as good
understanding of how to use data science methodologies to solve complex problems.
