If so, then you might be our new Data Project Manager working as part of the Environmental Data & Digitalisation Team, Analytics & Reporting in Product Supply Sustainability (PSS) at Novo Nordisk.The positionWe offer an exciting and challenging role where you will drive environmental data and IT-related projects linked to the strategic priorities of Product Supply Sustainability. You will typically be involved in 1-2 large projects focusing on sustainability data, IT, or process optimisation. You will lead projects with assigned team members and independently drive projects when no team is assigned.The position is based in Greater Copenhagen, Denmark.Your main responsibilities:

  • Support the digital and strategic agenda of Product Supply Sustainability by leading and executing end-to-end projects
  • Develop project material, timelines and facilitate workshops
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Work closely with the data, digitalisation and business analysts in the Analytics & Reporting team to secure subject matter expert knowledge within data and sustainability

QualificationsTo succeed in this position, it is important that you thrive in a high pace environment, where things are anything but a steady state and where little guidance may be available. You are structured with a result-oriented mindset and with a strong ability to foster collaboration across areas.The right candidate should have the following skills:

  • Proven track record within IT/data project management (5+ years of experience)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels in English
  • Relevant master’s degree e.g. within IT, engineering or business administration.
  • Sustainability experience and experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

The area is on the journey of reducing the environmental footprint by using data and digital solutions to support decisions. The Analytics & Reporting team is among other things responsible for environmental production data and the reporting of energy, water, waste and CO2 emissions from Production and distribution as well as developing state-of-the-art digital solutions to support therein. The team consists of highly skilled data analysts and scientists as well as business analysts who drive data analysis, insights and intelligence on the environmental sustainability agenda for our expanding production sites. The Team is currently consisting of 18 people in HQ Bagsværd and 3 colleagues in Bangalore, India. We work closely with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk to implement the Circular for Zero environmental strategy into Novo Nordisk production thus supporting our overall ambition to have zero environmental impact.Working in Novo NordiskAt Novo Nordisk, we have been changing diabetes since 1923.
