We offer a range of products including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments and API integration.Senior Data Privacy AnalystLocation: Malaga4 days a week in the office, 1 day at homeKey responsibilities include:
- Assisting in maintaining and developing the Global Data Privacy framework across the Group.
- Carrying out comprehensive data privacy impact assessments to evaluate compliance with applicable data protection laws and further adopt privacy by design into all products and services.
- Providing support in the preparation of responses to requests from data subjects to exercise their rights, including but not limited to Data Subject Access Requests.
- Maintaining the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) register across the Group.
- Assisting with the creation of data privacy training material.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of data privacy controls across the Group.
- Providing integral input in improving our Global Data Privacy framework and related policies, procedures, and notices.
- Researching international data protection requirements.
- Completing additional privacy related duties as assigned.
Skills and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law, economics, business administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data privacy compliance roles, preferably in regulated environments.
- Relevant privacy certifications (e.g CIPP/E, CIPM), desirable.
- Working knowledge of OneTrust Privacy Management platform, desirable.
- Fluency in English is a must, another European major language is highly preferred (e.g Spanish, Portuguese, French)
- Comprehensive knowledge of EU and UK GDPR is a strong requirement, knowledge of any other global data protection law, desirable.
- Extreme ownership and accountability for work.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, to meet tight deadlines, while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Experience working in regulated environments, desirable.
