Your new role

As a Senior Data Management Professional, you’ll be at the heart of our non-clinical data operations, coordinating the flow of critical study data through our systems and ensuring we meet the highest regulatory standards. Working at the intersection of science and technology, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver data that drives drug development forward.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Taking ownership of timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables and coordinating data management processes across non-clinical studies and submission sections
-Setting up and implementing data management systems while managing all study-related documentation with precision
-Ensuring compliance with current GxP regulations (GLP and GCP) and establishing innovative approaches to
maintain the teams’ position as a centre of excellence
-Providing project activity overviews, preparing, and reviewing reports, and ensuring validation and study data activities are properly finalized
-Driving continuous improvement by keeping processes and programming state-of-the-art and implementing innovative approaches to meet current and future demands
-Representing Novo Nordisk in external organizations such as CDISC, contributing to industry-wide data standards
-Managing broad stakeholder relationships across different non-clinical disciplines and with contract research organisations (CROs)
 

Your new department

Located in Måløv, Non-clinical Data Management is part of Data & AI Governance within AI & Digital Innovation. Our core mission is to speed up development, improve precision, and strengthen R&D by embedding AI, digital science, and data at the heart of drug discovery and development. We handle data management activities in GLP and GCP regulated areas, working with standardized data that supports the entire drug development lifecycle. We’ve built simple and effective solutions to meet SEND (Standard for Exchange of Nonclinical Data) requirements, and we’re continuously evolving our capabilities. Our department consists of nine data management colleagues who are passionate about quality, innovation, and collaboration—and we’re excited to welcome an ambitious new team member.

Your skills & qualifications

To thrive and succeed in this position, we’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

-A PhD, MSc, or BSc in computer science, information technology, or natural sciences
-A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Data Manager
-Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with solid GxP knowledge (preferred)
-Fluency in written and spoken English

Nice to have:

style=”margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm” type=”disc”-
-Experience with SAS and implementation of SEND (Standard for Exchange of Nonclinical Data) or SDTM (Study Data Tabulation Model)
-Experience running CDISC clinical studies
-Knowledge of R programming and AWS infrastructure
