Your new role
As a Senior Data Analyst in Quality Analytics, you will work closely with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk to develop, maintain, and evolve analytical solutions that support data-driven decision-making. You’ll be part of a highly skilled analytics team contributing to both operational and strategic initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
– Designing, developing, and continuously improving PowerBI dashboards and semantic models supporting quality processes across the organization
– Working with data in Microsoft Fabric and Databricks, contributing to data modelling, transformation, and analytics-ready datasets
– Partnering closely with quality stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, scalable analytical solutions
– Supporting the ongoing transition from legacy analytics solutions to modern platforms
– Contributing to best practices in analytics, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team
– Collaborating with IT, data engineers, and other analytics teams to ensure end-to-end data flow and alignment across systems

Within Enterprise IT & Quality sits the Quality Analytics team – a group of skilled analysts dedicated to transforming quality data into meaningful insights. Our team is collaborative, innovative, and committed to modernizing our analytics capabilities to support Novo Nordisk’s continued growth.
Your skills & qualifications
You have a strong analytical background and experience working in complex data environments. You thrive at the intersection of business and technology and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders. You’ll bring with you:
– Solid experience as a Senior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role, with proven ability to deliver impactful analytical solutions
– Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, semantic models, and performance optimization
– Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks in a professional setting
– Proven ability to work with stakeholders and translate business requirements into actionable insights and analytical solutions
– Excellent communication skills to convey insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
– Proactive, structured mindset with the ability to work independently while being a strong team player
Nice to have:
– Experience working in Quality, Compliance, Manufacturing, or other regulated environments
– Experience with Alteryx and Tableau to support legacy solutions
