Job description

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C consumer product monetization, with proven track record in building analytics and metrics targeted at converting and retaining users and customers;
  • Experience with SQL – advanced skills to write complex SQL with multiple table joins against very large data sets;
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics and financial principles;
  • Expert in Google Analytics, or similar data analytics tools;
  • Excellent Google Spreadsheets/Excel skills;
  • Experience in experimentation platforms;
  • Experience in data warehouses such as Redshift, Big Query and data visualization tools such as Tableau;
  • Experience in A/B testing/Experimentation design and execution;
  • Statistical background;
  • Product knowledge and key metrics;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide and implement solutions.

We’re looking for an experienced and well-rounded Senior Data Analyst to help us transform data insights into actionable recommendations to build our next generation of products. This position supports the Senior Director of Data Analytics and product owners to service the product team’s data needs by unlocking the value of data through iterative experiments. You will be responsible for supporting the product initiatives from a data perspective, that contribute to the goal of user engagement and revenue generation.As part of the team, you’ll help us understand the motivations and actions of the students who use our platform by exploring and analyzing large data sets and designing experiments in order to define untapped opportunities that can deepen engagement with Brainly’s users while ensuring the overall safety, quality, and trustworthiness of our platform. ,[Provide data analytics deliverables in support of the following areas: sales forecasting, monitor product metrics, discovery of user needs, run diagnostics on metrics performance, run revenue simulation exercise, A/B testing and delivery, GTM maintenance and data governance, and ad-hoc queries. , Define KPIs and measurement plans, create reports and dashboards. , Support EMT and product managers in their decisions by collecting and analyzing data. , Work with the monetization product team to ideate, create and launch experiments. , Prepare measurement specifications for new features in cooperation with Engineers. , Analyze and synthesize experiments data to make recommendations for optimization., Create and implement standards and processes for Data Analysts and Team/Department metrics., Review the work of other Analysts. , Collaborate with data engineering infra to support the migration of data to Snowflake. , Drive an understanding and adherence to the principles of data quality management including metadata, lineage, and business definitions. , Use robust data skills to deeply interact with data across the organization, acting as data doctors to diagnose and drive resolution of data issues and provide support on tools and processes.] Requirements: SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, BigQuery, A/B Testing, Python, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude, Snowflake Additionally: Sport subscription, Training budget, Private healthcare, Dental Care Package, Stock options, AskHenry, Mental Health Helpline.
