If you are an experienced Data Analyst with strong technical expertise, ready to leverage your skills and mentor a team of highly skilled professionals, we have a great opportunity for you!About the roleAs a Senior Data Analyst you will be part of the Commercial Excellence Team within Danske Bank’s Business Customer unit as part of the Nordic Analytic and Insights Team. In this role you will be part of delivering commercial data driven initiatives that stretch across all Nordic countries, having close dialogue with stakeholders on all levels of the bank’s Business Customers unit, a unit that serves +200 000 small and mid-sized corporates across market areas.You can expect to solve complex problems, support decision-makers with data-driven recommendations, and become a trusted advisor for key stakeholders. You will work with senior leadership yet be comfortable in working effectively at all levels of large organisations. You will also need the ability to balance a holistic view with attention to detail. Additionally, as we transition to a new tool stack within Danske Bank, part of your role will involve inspiring and supporting the team in optimising workflows using the new tools to ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.Qualifications and RequirementsYou have a curious mindset to challenge status quo and bring enthusiasm to the team with a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate possesses experience from specialised data teams, preferably within the financial sector, and has a technical background with a strong ability to teach others and simplifying complex or technical concepts.
