Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
You will be responsible for co-creating and developing global data analytics in Lundbeck, generating ideas, and suggesting the best use of data to identify trends, patterns, issues, and concerns that should be highlighted to Business Leaders. Understanding Procurement & Finance processes and policies, as well as knowing leading market practices are key to succeed in the role. What is more, having good communication skills is essential as you will build relationships with Procurement & Finance organizations at all levels and liaise with partners or senior stakeholders (including Executive Management) in some instances. In this role you will be also responsible for choosing, analysing, evaluating, and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors, and advising on changes and improvements. In addition to the above and as the next step, Senior Data Analyst is expected to automate the analytics process using tools available in Lundbeck and/or the market. You should be a trusted business partner for GPO, KLT & PE&T, by bringing expertise & advising on solutions. You will also support Data Analytics Office in tasks coordination.
Your future team
You will join Data Analytics Office which is anchored within Process Excellence & Transformation department in Lundbeck GBS. PE&T department focuses on delivering system and process transformation projects to support Lundbeck in developing the long-term strategy. You as Senior Data Analyst will very closely collaborate with Process Owners and Project Management Office to synergize on accelerating the successful implementations. Although we all have very independent roles, we are really great in working as one team and archiving common goals.
What you bring to the team

-University degree in Computer Science, Econometrics, Mathematics or Statistics
-At least 5 years of experience in reporting and analytics field including data interpretation, data discovery strategic projects and dashboards creation (Business Intelligence),
-Proven understanding of Source to Pay processes and systems,
-Knowledge of SAP data, Ariba, Concur data structure,
-Understanding and ease of navigating SAP ECC tables,
-Hands-on experience with BI tools (Sap Analytics Cloud is an asset)
-Experience in senior stakeholder management,
-Effective data presentation skills that can significantly influence business decisions by crafting a clear and compelling message,
-Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify and address issues and risks,
-Proficient in English, both written and spoken
