In this role, you will be part of a passionate and experienced User Experience Team. Together with colleagues in other disciplines, you will be responsible for the success of a product portfolio. You represent the customer, investigating their needs in the short and long term to elevate the product offering. As a senior member of this team, you will be responsible for the necessary data for decision-making regarding products and will lead the team through the entire process of developing innovative digital products, using proven research methodologies. This is done in accordance with the principles of Design Thinking and Lean Startup in a corporate environment.Do you have a practical approach? Do you possess the skills to apply the most suitable UX research methods to validate hypotheses covering all areas of innovation at various maturity levels?
