Client Management: Regularly meeting with clients to ensure project quality, address improvement areas, and maintain strong communication and relation.2. Team Leadership for up to 300 people: Supporting and engaging employees through growth, training, and collaboration with HR and with Coordinators and Team leaders for recruitment and team updates.3. P&L, Profit and Budgeting: Managing budgets, ensuring profitability, and allocating resources effectively to meet company targets.You’ll also help align global strategies with local teams, ensuring everyone is working toward the same goals.About You
