Client Management: Regularly meeting with clients to ensure project quality, address improvement areas, and maintain strong communication and relation.2. Team Leadership for up to 300 people: Supporting and engaging employees through growth, training, and collaboration with HR and with Coordinators and Team leaders for recruitment and team updates.3. P&L, Profit and Budgeting: Managing budgets, ensuring profitability, and allocating resources effectively to meet company targets.You’ll also help align global strategies with local teams, ensuring everyone is working toward the same goals.About You

• 5+ years of experience managing contact centers or customer satisfaction projects (automotive experience is a plus).
• Strong background in team management (teams at least up to 50 people).
• Expertise in process improvement and lean methods.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish (C1/native) and English (C1/business level).
• Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving financial targets.
• You have relevant experience as a PM in automotive industry, a certification in Project Management (COPC or similar) is a plus.

• 25% to 50% possible mobility for business trips
