Senior Customer Care Manager will be responsible for team and operations within the country to assure required order management all Medtronic products at a high-quality level, with high delivery reliability with continuous productivity improvement.Responsible for designing and implementing improved processes and operational policies. The person will initiate and drive changes to processes or services to fulfil customer needs. Partner with local country/business management to identify business needs, develop business models and provide efficient and effective solutions to support business growth. Senior Customer Care Manager will be point of escalation in case of service issue and collaborate across all functions to ensure robust and reliable service to our customers.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
