Senior Cross-Platform Software Engineer and Team Captain – Mobile Agent (m/f/x)

Your role at Dynatrace

You will join a Mobile team, working across multiple platforms and a wide range of mobile technologies. As a Software Engineer & Team Captain you’ll take a dual role, combining hands-on engineering with team leadership.

As a Team Captain, you…

• Act as a role model by living and advocating for our Dynatrace values.

• Drive continuous improvement in the team.
• Conduct regular 1:1s with all your team members, living the feedback culture and hereby guiding and mentoring your team members along their career path.
• Make sure the team is properly structured, organized, and aligned with the organization’s goals and individual needs.
• Work closely with your Manager as the primary interface for the team.
• Support in hiring, by conducting technical interviews when needed.
• Support your lead by providing information for performance reviews, compensation and promotions.

As a Cross-Platform Software Engineer, you…

• Build, maintain, improve and deliver the features your team owns, throughout their lifecycle.
• Write high-quality code to create new features and fix bugs.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, design principles, accessibility, performance and security standards.
• Proactively participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders in other countries to solve problems and drive decisions.

What will help you succeed

• React Native, Flutter, MAUI, and/or .NET experience.
• Knowledge/curiosity about native mobile (iOS or Android), with strong interest in exploring additional mobile technologies beyond your primary stack.
• Several years of experience as a Software Engineer, with in-depth knowledge of SDK development, getting projects completed and into production.
• Team player with a solid level of quality and pride in your own work, responsible and self-sufficient.
• Experience with Agile practices.
• A healthy amount of curiosity, having fun in learning new technologies and tools.
