SENIOR CREATIVE MERCHANDISNG PROJECT MANAGERCOTY LUXURY- GLOBAL MERCHANDISING AND IN STORE EXCELLENCE15 months Temporary ContractWe are looking for a Creative Project Manager (reporting to the Brand Creative Merchandising Director) to design and deliver temporary and permanent in store material, ensure the brand values/messages are maintained and are consistent in store across all touch point and all countries.The Creative project Manager role is mainly creative but requires some project management skills. It takes place in a multi-functional environment and requires autonomy and a creative mindset.In a highly competitive environment like Fine Fragrances, flexibility, and ability to make quick adaptations by staying on track with the agreed retro planning are key for the role.RESPONSIBILITIESAs our Senior Creative Merchandising Project Manager, your mission is to:

• Design solutions and provide renderings for the brand merchandising, at various levels in the development.
• Elaborate concept and drive innovation In store across all brand
• Lead the collaboration with the design agencies from creative brief to artwork productions (from sketch to technical drawings, material samples)
• Design and delivery of Temporary in-Store materials (PLV…) for several initiatives at the same time, and Permanent guidelines.
• Transform creative concept into technical briefs for buying material purposes or local production
• Manage the project, ensure deadlines, budget, delivery and implementation of the assets developed in collaboration with the GO TO MARKET team.
• Create and draw up the associated merchandising guidelines
• Coach and train local affiliate staff during annual merchandising seminars or market visits

Other than that, you :

• Have a 5-year previous experience
• Graduated from creative school – INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE / GLOBAL DESIGN
• Are fluent in French and English
• Proficient with Microsoft office and 3D software (Sketch up / Photoshop / illustrator / AUTOCAD)
• Have Technical mastery on Architecture or Design (draw & read Technical drawings), Merchandising (including design) and external agencies management
• Hand drawer capability to quickly sketch creative ideas
• Have Technical knowledge about materials, production techniques, printing technics & artwork processes
• Have Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Have Knowledge of shoppers, competitors and customers in order to contribute to brand guidelines evolution and adaptation
• Experience in the retail architecture, cosmetics field is a plus.
