We are looking for a Candidates who would like to join Danone’s Planning Center in Katowice on a permanent basis as a Senior Controlling Manager in a hybrid mode requiring working 3 times a week from our office in Katowice.The main scope will be to:

• Prepare financial forecasting of Danone Planning Center (DPC) and animate its performance in Poland and across Europe,
• Conduct financial analysis of monthly results and reporting Danone Planning Center in Katowice,
• Consolidate and conduct analysis of project costs in Europe (NRC – non-recurring costs); prepare financial forecasting and reporting,
• Be the main Finance Business Partner to DPC leadership team,
• Closely cooperate with Organizational Design and HR teams, both in project team and in DPC to ensure proper tracking of people costs,
• Support the set-up of financial reporting structure and all financial processes of the newly created unit, including IT set up, governance, Way of Working design (playbook), and performance tracking,
• Closely cooperate with Europe Operations Finance to ensure smooth transformation and delivery of project’s KPIs,
• Monthly reporting of results (P&L and cash) and follow up with local, regional and global finance teams.

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling, including financial forecasting performance analysis,
• Higher education in finance, accounting or related fields,
• Very good level of English (B2/C1) is a must, Polish would be an asset,
• Ability to build effective connections with main stakeholders,
• Knowledge of SAP (FICO), Excel,
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data,
• Willingness to support new initiatives and processes, including the implementation of new financial reporting structures,
• Team player attitude, willingness to be a Finance Business Parter for DPC Management and Performance teams,
• Knowledge of Power BI – would be an asset,
• Experience in project cost analysis – would be an asset,
• Openness for working 3 times a week from our office in Katowice (Poland)
