.Your responsibilities:
- Reporting to Head of Business Controlling Poland & Czech Republic
- Based in Warsaw – Sephora office
- Finance business partner to Managers in Czech Republic
- Finance business partner to Poland & Czech Republic Head of Ecommerce
- Support in managing regular monthly closings from a controlling point of view
- Analysis of discrepancies – actual situation vs budget
- Creating reports (financial and non-financial indicators/weekly, monthly)
- Coordination and active participation in the process of preparing key financial plans for Czech:
- • Strategic Plans
- • Annual budgets
- • Budget forecasts / revisions
- Preparation of various financial or commercial analysis and simulations for the local Board or Headquarters in France
- Active participation in the process of preparing a profitability calculation for opening a Perfumery in a given location, or contract extension
- Collaboration across the company (General Manager, Finance, Operations, HR, Logistics, External companies, etc.)
- Setting up processes and projects
- Support in audit related activities
Our expectations:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English (Czech or French will be an advantage)
- Higher education – economic, finance
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, SAP, Power BI
- Analytical skills, proactive attitude and creative approach to tasks
- Autonomy in action and the ability to work in a rapidly changing reality
- Experience in the retail industry, in the beauty or fashion sector is welcome
