What you’ll build

-You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate month-end closing / quarter-end closing support.
-You’ll provide robust forecasting and budgeting for Topline (Bookings, Renewal & Churn) and Segment & Channel.
-In this role, you’ll build strong partnerships with regional stakeholders by fostering proactive interaction and transparent collaboration.
-Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of our controlling processes through ongoing standardization and harmonization initiatives.
-In this role, you’ll develop meaningful financial insights and create scalable reporting standards.

What you bring:

-University degree or the equivalent with a focus on finance and controlling
-Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills
-Comfort with working in both a team and independently demonstrating significant self-initiative
-Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
-Experience with SAP(R) products (e.g. SAP CO/FI, Business Warehouse)
-Ability to prioritize tasks
-Good knowledge of IT business models
-Good time management with ability to work under stress and time pressure
-Fluency in spoken and written English, German is a plus

Where you belong:

SAP Business Area Controlling (BAC) Sales is one of the forces to drive standardization and harmonization of Controlling processes and tools within the Controlling community of SAP. To achieve this, strong interaction and alignment with several Stakeholders like regional BACs or global Controlling units, etc. is key.

Additionally, the BAC Sales (Controlling Cross team) is supporting the regional leadership teams of the three regions EMEA North, EMEA South and MEE in management and steering activities. This includes owning the monthly forecast process as well as the annual budgeting and planning cycle.

To successfully manage these tasks and to further strengthen our support for our stakeholders we are looking for a (Senior) Controller with professional experience preferably from working in an international company
