Then read on. ?Core ResponsibilitiesYou will be a seasoned manager, leading our internal production facility and associated team and capabilities.You excel as a strategic problem solver, dedicated to analyzing intricate details and propelling our product and brand-led content forward through informal leadership and seamless collaboration:Drive multiple product and brand productions from initial briefing to delivery, with the support of resource within and external to the OLA Production team.Partner and support your Strategic, Creative and Production counterparts in OLA on your assigned product and branded productions, ensuring an effective and impactful delivery, that is on-brief, on-time, on-budget.Accountability of individual projects – development of detailed scopes, accurate forecasting, budget and financial responsibility, support and inform on resource and finance planning to ensure efficiency, as well as after action reviews (AAR) and quarterly experience reviews with OLA and PMD LT, when required.Ensure the smooth day-to-day running and management of the team, their development and annual reviews and support the Head of Production on business priorities as set out in annual plans, new scope developments, working collaboratively with other agency departments.Day-to-day running of subsequent project deliverables, ensuring a clear end-to-end overview and needs requirements, including detailed documentation.Build relationships with our direct product and/or brand-owners, and key heads of departments in OLA and collaborate with both external agencies and other LEGO® partners when necessary.Accountability for financial performance and profitability of in-house productions and overall facility.Securing the necessary involvement of OLA Hubs to ensure that regional needs are being met and that regional amplification of our activations continues in line with global strategy and concept.Play your part in our team succeedingOur LEGO® Agency (OLA) is the internal creative agency responsible for driving communication and content experiences through the development and execution of global advertising campaigns as well as bringing to life new media experiences and activating local tactics across the brand’s portfolio of play experiences.You will have core creative production capabilities to drive and manage our studio facility, its resources and deliver content productions. This role is part of a larger team who partners directly with and orchestrates across a globally dispersed organization. Are you able to translate business and commercial needs into impactful content, working across OLA to develop and deliver on global communication strategies, concepts, and content across owned, earned, shared and paid channels? You will be working across time zones and with people from a diverse set of backgrounds.Technically proficient in all facets of video productions, including equipment, systems, and facilities. You are creatively curious and brave and can challenge the status quo with out-of-the-box ways of delivering to business needs that hit home for both children and adult audiences. Be a true partner for creatives and a mentor for junior staff within the production team.Do you have what it takes?The ideal candidate will have strong creative production experience, management skills with a proven ability to lead project teams, exceptional organizational skills, financial savvy, self-motivation, and senior partner engagement.

10+ years of experience within a creative agency/business, with demonstrable and clear track record of optimally running a team and studio facility, whilst building strong client relationships and producing best in class creative content.Experience being a part of complex and globally distributed creative, digital, shopper/e-commerce or socially led programs.Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Strong business writing skills that include executive summaries, memos, pre-reads, briefs, and presentation materials.Comfortable working with partners at all levels of the organization.Maturity and ability to exercise a high level of discretion with sensitive information.Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously.Advance business proficiency and fluency in English is a requirement.
