How you will create an impact: 

  • You apply creative problem-solving and strategic thinking to national and international consultancy projects.
  • You extract valuable insights to address client issues and develop, present, and support the implementation of actionable recommendations.
  • You work as part of a project team to develop IT strategies, design system architecture, and optimize our clients’ technology landscape end-to-end.
  • You facilitate communication between business representatives and technical experts on the client as well as technology provider side e.g., in a vendor selection process.
  • You develop expertise in our focus areas of Growth Technology (Pricing, Sales, and Marketing e.g., CRM and CPQ) as well as the overall technology market allowing us to increase the depth and width of our offering.

About you: 

  • You have an excellent academic degree, e.g. in business, psychology, engineering, or science.
  • You have at least 1 year of relevant IT consulting or industry experience, with a desire to further develop your skills.
  • You will benefit from having first experience with pricing, marketing, or sales software.
  • You have a good understanding of vendor selection and RFP/RFI processes.
  • Experience in developing technical and business specifications will be advantageous.
  • Your familiarity with CLM, ICM, SPM, CRM, or ERP software will be beneficial.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and outstanding communication abilities.
  • You thrive in team environments and enjoy traveling for work.
  • You have an entrepreneurial drive that contributes to the growth of Simon-Kucher.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
