Senior Consultant for Financial ServicesTasks:
- Support and deliver change projects, ensuring the timely delivery of such projects and within the budget
- Perform business analysis on operational processes and systems of financial institutions
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, both on assignments and for the development of the Reply team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in service delivery
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed consultancy
- Continuously develop expertise in developing innovative solutions for the financial services industry, through the opportunities provided by Reply and of your own initiative

Your Skills:
- At least 3 years of professional experience working in the Banking or Insurance industry
- At least 1 year experience working in a Change Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in English as well as either Dutch or French
- Ability to travel for client engagements and on-site activities across both Belgium and Europe
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields of studies
