It is a service-driven function made up of communications and marketing professionals who deliver sector-leading media relations, public affairs, institutional communications, brand and integrated marketing, student recruitment, and events.About the roleThe Senior Communications Manager (Education) manages a complex content pipeline. You will commission, edit and create lively strategic content – including news about the exciting initiatives and projects that are transforming education at UCL, teaching case studies and toolkits for staff and guidance for students. You’ll use your keen understanding of the multiple channels available to push out and repurpose content for different audiences, constantly analysing the performance of our comms and making sure we learn from it and become more effective.This is a permanent post and will be available to start in early September 2024.About youDemonstrated experience in communications, PR, brand or marketing agency or complex, stakeholder environment is essential.Extensive experience of and aptitude for writing, editing and proofreading content and communications for different audience voices, experience in exercising strong judgement and possession of awareness of the context within which UCL operates and its institutional objectives and strategies, particularly in relation to students and experience of collecting, presenting and analysing data and insight from audiences to measure impact and inform decisions are also essential.What we offerAs well as the exciting opportunities this role presents we also offer some great benefits some of which are below:
