Qurate Retail Group is the largest player in video commerce (“vCommerce”), which includes video-driven shopping across linear TV, ecommerce sites, digital streaming and social platforms.The OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior Coaching & Training Partner – Multiplatform Retail to join our Talent team based in Brugherio (MB) – full time permanent.In this role you will work across our business with key stakeholders ensuring that we have correct and up-to-date “Experts” availability based on the needs of the QVC programme schedules across our TV and social platforms.You will be a key point of contact for scheduling queries and ensure the “Experts” have all the relevant information ahead of their shows, booking everything needed in our internal systems so the business and our teams are aware of their arrival preparing the relevant space and resources required.Who We AreQVC empowers shoppers with knowledge and shares insights in a lively, engaging way. In 2023, QVC International served more than 4 million customers and has more than 6500 team members in the U.K., Germany, Japan, Italy, Poland and China.Your ImpactReporting to the Talent Manager, in this role you will:Collaborate with stakeholders such as management, other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure that the training programs provided are aligned with organizational goals and that they meet the needs/expectations of the learners.Provide feedback and coaching to the learners with relevant feedback on their performance providing ongoing coaching and support to achieve their learning goals.Ensure that all Experts appearing on our platforms receive up-to-date briefings for their shows and are aware of QVC on-air appearance guidelines.Work closely with the Talent Manager to schedule Audition and Seminar days for new Experts scouting new talents & screening their applications for casting.Check all Guests/Experts and Brand ambassadors are correctly booked in our systems with all the information that will allow them to perform to the standards QVC expectations in every live or pre-recorded production.Provide performance data to the Talent team on individual Expert performance on a monthly basis.What you bringTo be successful in this role you need to have:Several years of experience with major Social Media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube…).Strong experience in coaching and training professionals following corporate guidelines, policies and procedures (experience in a Retail environment would be a plus).Schedule and administrative experience in an office environment, ideally within Digital & Broadcasting field.High level of organizational ability, able to juggle conflicting priorities in a dynamic organisation.Fluent English & Italian (verbal and written).Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point).#LI-DM1#LI-HybridINDITJoin us as we enrich life’s everyday moments – including yours.
