We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Programmers to join our FSP Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical data management and programming, with specific expertise in SDTM, visualization tools, Spotfire and Python. Experience with Databricks is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and validate clinical data programs and applications.
Ensure compliance with CDISC SDTM standards for clinical data.
Utilize visualization tools such as Sport fire or other similar tools to create insightful data visualizations.
Write and maintain Python scripts for data manipulation and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical data needs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior programmers.
Participate in the development and implementation of data management plans.
Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Extensive experience in clinical data programming and management.
Proficiency in CDISC SDTM standards.
Strong experience with visualization tools such as Sport fire or similar.
Advanced Python programming skills.
Experience with Databricks is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
