Our BBH Cares program offers volunteer opportunities to give back to your community and help transform the lives of others.Join us as a Senior Client Service Representative in the Alternatives Custody Team.About the Team:We are experiencing growth in the Alternative Investments business as the industry is also seeing growth in this segment. The Alternatives Custody Hub is responsible for completing the operational tasks relating to Account Maintenance and Cash related inquiries. The team is focused mainly on Account Maintenance and Cash servicing. We are looking for someone who is driven to get things done and views obstacles as an exciting challenge that demands an innovative solution. Above all, we seek someone who takes great pride in their work and is inspired and motivated by their role in by providing trusted value.Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Independently resolve and oversee the Client’s inquiries related to cash management
- Advise Clients in cash transfers, providing balances, SSIs, SWIFT copies on Clients requests and in line with procedures
- Act as the primary point of contact for Clients, Account Managers, Client Service Managers, CSG via email and phone for any cash management inquiries and proactively manage the resolution process with frequent updates and satisfaction measures
- Proper identification of potential problems with payment settlement and escalations
- Acting as the role model and trainer for less experienced Team members
- Review and discuss issues requiring escalation to Supervisor/TL
Qualifications:
- Academic degree, preferably in finance or economy related field
- At least 2-3 years professional experience in finance or similar field, where required knowledge and skills could have been acquired
- Knowledge about Alternative Funds, accounts set up, cash processing, account maintenance systems
- Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive in role
- Strong relationship management skills
- English language proficiency B2+/ C1
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking
- Proven ability to problem solving and recommending solutions
- Capable of monitoring and completing a variety of assignments with proper priority
- Willingness and ability to work in a client-driven, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Excel
