We’re looking for an experienced Senior City Lead to oversee and optimize our operations in Paris. This key role focuses on ensuring smooth site operations, fostering team stability, and maintaining high service quality. You will be the operational expert for Paris and the French market, driving end-to-end improvements and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.As our Senior City Lead, you will:1. Operational Coordination and Management:Monitor and analyze production metrics using dashboards and analytical tools.Coordinate the Paris workshop’s operations, including inventory management, supply orders, and day-to-day functionality of the site.Oversee the activity of 35 team members, working closely with three Activity Managers to ensure the smooth running of mechanical, field, and logistical operations.2. Leadership and Team Management:Directly manage three team members responsible for key operational areas (mechanical operations, field operations, site safety, and compliance).Indirectly oversee a team of about 35 mechanics and field specialists.Play an active role in recruitment, training, and the professional development of team members, and handle disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Human Resources department.3. Safety, Compliance, and Performance:Promote and enforce the company’s safety policy and ensure compliance with regulations, particularly regarding the storage of hazardous goods.Ensure adherence to labor laws and transport regulations.Lead the analysis of failures, incidents, and implement corrective action plans.Oversee the management of operational equipment (smartphones, keys, etc.), ensuring availability and functionality.4. Continuous Improvement and Quality:Actively participate in optimizing processes, methods, and operational tools (TMS, quality tracking, continuous improvement).Drive sustainability and performance initiatives by analyzing performance indicators and implementing continuous improvement measures.5. Client Relations and Innovation:Localize marketing initiatives and client communications for the Paris market in collaboration with internal teams.Participate in negotiations with external providers and supervise the quality of services delivered.Maintain ongoing relationships with internal clients (support services, HR, purchasing) to ensure their operational needs are met.6. Reporting and Analysis:Track and analyze KPIs, reporting directly to the Head of Operations based in Berlin.Propose solutions to improve operational efficiency and team stability.ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role, you have:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) with a specialization in logistics or operational management.Minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse and operational management, with proven experience managing field teams.
Strong proficiency with IT tools (Personio, Papershift, Google Sheets, etc.). * Excellent leadership skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Proven experience in process improvement and cost/quality optimization.
  • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
  • Experience managing blue-collar teams in dynamic environments.
