You will report to the Director of Travel, Fleet & Event in Corporate Procurement.The position is based in Novo Nordisk HQ in Denmark.Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and have 5-7 years of relevant experience working with category management and procurement within Travel and Fleet categories.Other success criteria are:

Additionally, your strong interpersonal skills enable you to engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels, showing eagerness and authenticity.Furthermore, you are comfortable using data to drive evidence-based decision-making, completing high-quality complex analysis, and making strong recommendations.About the departmentCorporate Procurement is Novo Nordisk’s centre of excellence for category strategies, supplier agreements, and purchasing processes. The Corporate Procurement department builds strategies and executes improvement projects to optimize the global indirect spend related to facility management, R&D activities, marketing services, travel & fleet, professional advisory services, and IT. The team size is approximately 180 employees in Denmark and 2 indirect reporting teams of approximately 150 employees in Global Business Services in India.Working at Novo NordiskAt Novo Nordisk, we don’t wait for change.
