If so, you might the perfect fit for our Senior Capacity Partner role in our team Manufacturing Strategy and Capacity Insights in Emerging Technologies (ET).

The position

As Senior Capacity Partner, you will be responsible for driving processes and discussions related to our capacities. Primarily, you will oversee capacity planning and analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely escalation of potential risks. Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, you will drive strategic decision making which is essential for securing a steady supply of medicine to our patients worldwide. You will be:

-Driving mid-term capacity planning processes in Emerging Technologies in collaboration with central supply chain functions in Novo Nordisk.
-Collecting data, creating insights and proposing recommendations related to our production sites network production capacities.
-Analysing and preparing business cases for management and facilitating required discussions.
-Creating management decision-making material and communication packages towards our global stakeholders.
 

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

-At least a Bachelor’s level degree in engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or other relevant field.
-A minimum of 3 years of experience in planning within manufacturing, supply chain, or operations management in an international organization.
-Excellent stakeholder and change management skills with the ability to effectively introduce new ways of working and continuous improvements.
-Experience with presenting for senior management.
-Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
It would be considered as an advantage if you have a previous experience within a highly regulated industry (such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, food, automotive industries for example) and a knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

About the department

You will be working in a dynamic team, residing in the ET (Emerging Technology) Business Development & Support unit, with 7 other dedicated colleagues in Taastrup. The team’s primary objective is ensuring manufacturing strategies within the strategic horizon and standardize capacity insights and scalability in ET.

ET is a growing area in Product Supply, Quality & IT, responsible for the production of all tablet-based products at Novo Nordisk.
