Job Description:Siemens MO MM MMF designs and develops for Infrabel the EBP systems (Electronic Control Desk). These are complex real-time computer systems which are being used in signaling-boxes to control and manage the signaling infrastructure.As a Senior C Developer you will:

• Analyze, document and implement changes in the EBP modules (mainly written in C).
• Create technical documentation for the existing EBP modules.
• Execute and document smoke testing for the EBP modules.

What do we expect from you?

• You are very meticulous and precise during extended periods of time as the developed software will be used in operational systems which may impact the railway traffic.
• You can work in team but also independently and autonomously.
• You communicate in team to request the required information to perform the tasks.
• You are accurate in reviewing the input information and execution of the tasks.

What is your main goal?

• Implement changes / extensions in the EBP software.

Must have knowledge:

• Experienced in the operational environment Linux
• Experienced/expert in programming language C
• Experience with EN50128 is an asset
• Experience in software methodologies (Agile)
• Speak / understand French or Dutch

Software environment:

• (RedHat) Linux
• C programming
• GIT
