The role will report to the Sr. Director, Global Business Systems, and support senior leaders across the DARWIN program, both in IT and Business, to ensure our new global processes are designed to meet our future needs and strategic business objectives.Whether, the offset is identification of current bottlenecks or future industry best practices, you will take lead helping Radiometer streamline processes and workflows across applications and business functions, by facilitating engaging process workshops and bringing together teams to brainstorm on relevant innovative solutions. You will further support our newly appointed Business Process Owners and Managers in building a Global Process Catalogue, to document our future ways of working, and act as an in-house process consultant for our newly hired functional consultants across the DARWIN template build project, and other projects.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Radiometer to identify areas for improvement, analyze data and gather requirements for end-to-end process enhancements, streamline and reengineer existing business processes and provide support to change management.
• Design and lead implementation of efficient cross-application workflows and procedures.
• Work closely with Business Process Owners and Business Process Managers in building high standard global Process Catalogues for Sales sites, Operation sites and Supply chain.
• Work closely with our functional consultants, responsible for configuring our future application landscape, Enterprise architect and Solution architects, Data & Analytics team responsible for Data platform, Integrations and BI.
• Work closely with the Global Business Systems leadership team and key IT stakeholders being our lead to ensure the digital solutions delivered, meet the required process needs.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in in Business Administration, Management, or Related Field
• Educated or certified in the field of Business Process Analysis, with proficiency in process mapping tools such as BPMN or flowcharts, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent.
• 5+ years working with process optimizing as a process analyst, LEAN consultant, or the equivalent, in a global organization, or in global programs.
• An experienced facilitator with documented strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Communication Skills.
• Documented results reengineering existing business processes and delivering value.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Enterprise applications, preferably Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM.
• Knowledge of automation tools, data analytics software, and workflow management systems.
• Experience building process catalogues in the medical industry.
