Job Description :We are seeking an innovative and analytical Senior Business Process Analyst with a focus on automating and transforming business processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting existing business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, designing automation solutions, and driving transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, automation technologies, and organizational change management.Here are the details of your role. Are you up to the challenge?Process Analysis and Documentation:
– Document current workflows, process maps, and standard operating procedures across multiple areas of the business.
– Analyze and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement that align with PerkinElmer business goals and objectives.Automation and Transformation Strategy:
– Identify key processes for automation and prioritize projects based on business impact.
– Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for process automation and transformation initiatives.
– Lead the implementation of automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
– Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to validate solution effectiveness.Change Management and Training:
– Develop and execute change management plans to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.
– Provide training and support to end-users on new automation tools and processes.Monitoring and Optimization:
– Monitor the performance of automated processes and transformation initiatives.
– Continuously optimize and refine solutions to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.Reporting and Continuous Improvement:
– Generate reports on the performance and impact of automation and transformation initiatives.
– Use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Required qualifications :Here’s our wishlist for our ideal candidate:– Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT business process analysis or a related field.
– Proven track record of leading IT transformation projects and process improvement initiatives.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French and/or Dutch are nice to have.
– Relevant certifications in BPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
– Proficiency in automation tools such as ServiceNow, Automation Anywhere, or similar.
– Understanding of APIs and system integration.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to analyze complex processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
– Experience in managing multiple automation and transformation projects simultaneously.
– Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
– Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
– High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in automation solutions.
– Experience with change management practices and principles.
– Ability to lead and support organizational change initiatives.
