The position
As Senior Business Partner, you will be responsible and involved in various tasks ranging from driving our strategic commitments, facilitating and delivering business insights to executive management to shaping and defining our processes driving business support excellence.
Some of your main responsibilities include:
-Facilitating the strategy development process in collaboration with NNQ management.
-Drive strategy deployment across our quality organization.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and suc-cessful business outcomes.
-Lead and support organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous im-provement and innovation.
-Support and execution of various projects and commitments on behalf of senior leadership supporting the responsibilities within ‘NNQ Strategy & Operational Excellence’.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we imagine you:
-Hold at least a master’s degree in a relevant field such as Strategy, Project Management, Business Administration, or Political Science.
-Have proven experience in a business support function, along with a background in strategy development and deployment.
-Come with knowledge of or experience in the Pharma industry (advantage, not a requirement).
-Have previous experience in management consulting, which is an advantage.
-Are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and feel comfortable owning tasks and taking responsibility for delivering high-quality output.
As a person, you possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate strategic and complex topics in a structured way to different stakeholders, including senior management. You enjoy identifying business opportunities, creating high-class solutions, and manage several projects simultaneously. You know how to set directions and constructively challenge all levels within the organisation, nurturing long-lasting partnerships. Last but not least, you have a sharp eye for detail and a thoughtful, organized approach to solving business complexities.
About the department
You will become part of our Business Support VP area responsible for various business support functions across the Novo Nordisk Quality organisation with close to 4.000 em-ployees globally. We value and prioritize teamwork with a high degree of individual ac-countability and flexibility. We take ownership of processes, projects and initiatives that serve our purpose and support our stakeholders in streamlining operations and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. At the same time, we think it should be fun to go to work so we appreciate informality and humour.
