Who you’ll work with

We are recruiting for an experienced analyst to take a leading role in our Business Intelligence team with a primary focus on our Gaming products. Working closely with our Gaming Tribe, you’ll be working with multiple product teams across Sky Vegas, Sky Casino and Sky Bingo. With the common goal of delivering industry leading gaming products and promotions for our customers.

You’re role in ‘better’

As a Senior Analyst you will work closely with a variety of teams across the Tribe to inform decision making through the interpretation and communication of onsite behaviour. Using effective measurement and analysis to influence product development and understand subsequent impact to continually optimise and improve our sites.While managing and upskilling a fellow analyst. You will be chiefly responsible for guiding the Gaming Tribe in how they can best use data and behavioural analytics to improve our customer experience and proactively identifying areas of opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have good analytical experience with a sharp ability to identify areas of opportunity which can then be communicated to stakeholders and converted into actionable outputs.

How you’ll create ‘better’

  • Key skills: Web Analytics, SQL, Excel, Data Analysis and Presentation

  • Desirable skills: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, BigQuery, R, Tag Management, Python

  • Working with teams across the business to help identify and explain key performance trends.

  • Provide performance insight and feedback to the business on our Gaming products by designing and implementing reports and dashboards with relevant important metrics and explaining the underlying causes of important metric trends to the business through data analysis.

  • Provide guidance to technical teams as to necessary data requirements to effectively measure new developments.

  • Be a keen advocate of web data and able to transmit that enthusiasm to stakeholders throughout the business to aid self-serve and provide an analytical mindset.

  • Experience of analysing A/B and multi-variate tests and a good understanding of experimentation and conversion optimisation.

  • Build strong peer to peer relationships with key partners in the areas that you are working on.

  • Be able to prioritise and adapt to a fast-paced working environment, identifying the key information required in order to aid business decision making.

  • Present findings to partners with the appropriate level of detail, using effective communication to inform and influence decisions.
