As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will oversee a crucial business partnership with Arla concerning RTD Coffee in the MENA region and new & emerging markets. Your duties will involve enhancing Starbucks’ presence, sales, and profits throughout the region.

In your capacity as the next Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in upholding and expanding the strategic partnership for the RTD vertical. Leading a team and working closely with various functions to achieve mutually beneficial objectives with our business partner will also be part of your responsibilities.

The Key Requirements…

  • A broad and deep understanding of the current and future needs of the CPG consumer and customer, in the RTD category in the retail environment

  • Strong commercial and practical sensibility

  • Experience analysing consumer base, competitive market and customer base data.
