Dedalus is looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager for the Scandinavian Region.As a Senior Business Development Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of business development, strategic partnerships, and account management of our Healthcare IT solutions If you thrive on achieving excellence in sales performance and want to make a significant impact, this role is for you!As a Senior Business Development Manager you:

  • Identify and Develop Opportunities: Prospect for, and validate new business opportunities based on our product portfolio, turning them into successful projects that generate new and recurring revenue streams.
  • Lead Business Development Planning: Build, own, and execute the business development plan, ensuring alignment with the regional ambitions and quotas.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across various functional areas to develop and refine product offerings that meet customer needs and capitalize on market opportunities. Engage with information technology users, business management, vendors, and strategic alliance partners to ensure all business requirements are exceeded.
  • Expand Customer Reach: Identify and pursue partnering opportunities to broaden our customer base and market presence.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including local governments, positioning the company for future growth.
  • Pursue Strategic Opportunities: Act as a determined and persistent hunter in targeting and winning strategic business opportunities.
  • Provide Expert Support: Serve as a business matter expert, offering clients technical consultancy and leveraging your market expertise to solve their inquiries.
  • Enhance Brand Credibility: Utilize your strong market knowledge to build brand credibility and enhance our reputation in the industry.
  • Grow Market Share: Expand our market share in the Scandinavian region and increase Dedalus’ presence in existing and new healthcare IT segments.

What you bring to the tableYour qualification:

  • Experience & Education: With over 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT, you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Industry Expertise: Proficient in the country-specific healthcare laws and issues, contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Danish (written and verbal), with Swedish as an asset.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong in strategic and quantitative analysis, capable of quickly modeling complex issues and identifying key value drivers.
  • Resilience & Determination: Known for your persistence and ability to consistently exceed business goals.

  • Financial expertise: Strong financial, quantitative, and qualitative skills to monitor and achieve financial objectives.
  • Presentation & Networking: Excellent presentation skills and the ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the Scandinavian region.
  • Problem-Solving: An analytical thinker who approaches challenges with a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
