If you have a proactive attitude and a transformative mindset, we invite you to become a Business Analyst at Danske Bank within the Markets Post Trade Services Tribe.This role is critical in enabling Danske Bank to deliver good trade services to large corporates and institutions, supporting the lifecycle management of financial markets transactions. We are seeking a candidate with in-depth knowledge of post-trade processes for equities, bonds, and securities lending, including aspects such as Financial accounting of global markets activities, hedge accounting, P&L statements, year-end tax reporting, and compliance with MIFID and TRS regulations. Experience with treasury is a benefit.You will:

• Play a crucial role in the end-to-end process of our development activities
• Include conducting business discovery to uncover opportunities
• Clarify and specifying solution requirements encompassing user experience, system design, communication, as well as legal and compliance aspects
• Be working closely with the Product Owner and your squad
• Prioritize tasks, refine user stories, and support development from customer needs to implementation

About you:

• At least 3 years of experience in business, product or similar development experience
• A solid understanding of technology, including coding, data modelling, and service modelling
• Proficient in project management and familiar with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of test management is advantageous
• A naturally curious individual who is enthusiastic about their area of expertise
• Solution-oriented with experience with decision-making and taking ownership
• Advanced English language skills
