Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a 6 months contract basis. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex business analysis initiatives, working with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.At Belmont Lavan Ltd, we strive for excellence in all our projects, and we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can bring their expertise and leadership skills to drive successful outcomes.Requirements:Key Responsibilities:– Lead and manage business analysis activities for complex projects– Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements– Analyze and evaluate business processes and systems– Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate them– Create detailed functional specifications and user stories– Support the development team during implementation and testing phases– Conduct user acceptance testing and support project deploymentRequirements:– Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst– Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills– Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams– Excellent communication and presentation skills– Experience in the financial industry is preferred– Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus– Availability to work on a 6 months contract basis
