• Engage with SMEs from across our businesses and product lines to understand and document business requirements, translating them into technical solutions
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions that meet the customer’s needs and influence strategic functional decisions
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to formulate project plans and technology deliverables.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, coordinating with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead project planning, software testing, implementation, and post Go-Live support

What You Bring

• 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Finance, Banking, IT, or consultancy
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Computer Science
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence
• Proven track record in managing large, complex projects within geographically dispersed organizations
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, challenge IT, and possess strong communication skills in English and Spanish
