Keep reading to find out.A day in the life of a Senior Business AnalystAs a Senior Business Analyst, you play an essential role within the project. Your main mission is to understand the client and project needs, and bring in your expertise to build next-generation solutions, all in an agile Scrum/Devops environment, in close collaboration with our international and multidisciplinary teams.In addition, you will:

• Take responsibility for projects from the very beginning and will be the interface between customers, developers and other stakeholders
• Help our customers to identify their specific needs and play a key role in creating and structuring the resulting requirements
• Provide stakeholders with your assessment of project feasibility in the pre-project phase, leveraging your understanding of technical concepts and broad experience with various technologies
• Understand the clients’ challenges and consider their long-term strategy
• Own the project as a whole, mantain a firm grip on the product backlog, precisely work out requirements, and set priorities together with the client

You and the roleYou are someone with 5 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role, ideally coming from a digital agency, consultancy or a similarly complex and fast-paced environment.You have strong communication & interpersonal skills, you truly enjoy working with people, collaborating with teams and both internal and external stakeholders. You are a structured and proactive person who approaches tasks pragmatically and ensures that things are happening or moving in the right direction.We would love if you have

• A good understanding of business processes and, ideally, familiarity with process analysis and optimization

• Knowledge of software solutions in the areas of e-commerce, content management or digital marketing, and a familiarity with corresponding platforms

• Experience with various requirements gathering techniques and familiarity with writing user stories
• Fluency in English. Fluency in Danish is not a strict requirement for this role but will be considered as a plus
• Ability to work regularly from our office or on-site with clients
