As a Senior Business Analyst, you will primarily be based at our customer´s headquarters, with potential travel to their branches in Belgium and France for ongoing analyses.They continuously strive to improve both their internal and external processes to better meet the needs of suppliers and customers, while also enhancing collaboration within the internal teams. In line with this, their application landscape is evolving.Our customer is currently transitioning to a new ERP environment, integrated with specific production and supply chain applications. This transformation involves a reevaluation of existing processes, and they are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help guide this change.Key Responsibilities

• Process Analysis: You will analyse various domains and collaborate with domain leads, controlling, and accounting teams to implement improvements.
• Workshop Organisation: You will organise workshops with process owners and experts to develop detailed plans.
• ERP & Application Expertise: You will become an expert in our ERP and application environment.
• Process Implementation: You will work closely with our internal team and future partners to activate new processes within our organisation.
• Mentoring: You will mentor junior analysts, helping them develop their skills to match your level of expertise.

Requirements

• Education: You hold a master’s degree or have equivalent experience.
• Experience: You have several years of experience in business analysis within a financial and/or operational context. Experience in production is a plus.

Skills

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• The ability to clarify or challenge operational queries.
• Internally client-focused with excellent communication skills.
• A solid understanding of business priorities and objectives.
• A pragmatic approach to achieve step-by-step progress.
• You are proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
