• This is a strategic and challenging role deploying a global SAP template, leading a team of Business Process Owners.
• Support country project teams with functional expertise by driving Business Change Assessment, testing, training and go live enabling a clear and error proof deployment
• Work with all relevant teams (eg SAP CC, GFS, OCM, PMO, data) to ensure the Super Users are fully prepared, from a process, system and change perspective, to drive Go Live within their business.
• Ownership of template governance to ensure integrity of Global Template
• The scope includes end to end PTP in scope of shared services and local front/back-office teams operating on SAP.
• The Scope of role is all stock/inventory relevant (manufacturing and commercial) and non-stock procurement processes including intercompany.

The experience we’re looking for

• Demonstrable knowledge understanding of End to End Procure to Pay (PTP) process including ICO.
• Experience of working alongside Shared Service organisations
• Knowledge of key interactions with financial processes and supply chain, for example supply planning and month end.
• Ability to drive relevant master data requirements needed to enable processes.
• Multiple market experience preferred.
• Ability to articulate benefits of and drives changes to business process
• Demonstrable ability to engage and manage different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through superior communication and presentation skills
• SAP knowledge, preferably both implementation and in business use, preferably including Ariba and S/4 Hana
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Project Management, 6 Sigma qualifications desirable but not essential
• Travel required (up to 40%), to international Reckitt locations as and when required to support deployments
