Where all contributions and new ideas are explored with an open mind and work is driven by our shared values: be courageous, be accountable, be honest, be inclusive and elevate others.Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionROLEThe Senior Statistician provides statistical and methodological input necessary to plan, conduct, analyse and interpret results for studies in Phases I-IV and across studies for submission in a variety of therapeutic areas and in both medical device and drug settings.KEY RESPONSABILITIESCarries out tasks assigned within the timelines and the standards of qualityProvides supervisions on tasks carried out by biostatisticiansPreparation of Statistical Analysis PlansWriting of the statistical methodology and results sections of reportsProvides statistical input to the design and review of Protocols and Case Report FormsPrepares and performs trainings of other staff and clients on statistical methodology and statistical principlesWrites and reviews the statistical methodology and results sections of reportsReview of Statistical analysis (tables, figures and listings) and specifications of clinical trialsPerforms sample size calculationWrites Blind Review plans and reportsWrites and review statistical parts of scientific articlesPrepares and reviews Statistical Analysis PlansAdvises other staff and clients on statistical methodology and statistical principlesParticipates and conducts Blind Review meetingSupports the presentations to clients and manages the technical communications with client when assigned as lead statistician to a studyCreate SAS programs for Datasets and TLFs validationPrepares and performs training to internal/external staff on statistical methodology and statistical principlesProvides statistical input to the design and review of Protocols and Case Report FormsParticipates to DMC/DSMB meetingsProvides support to DMC/DSMB charter preparationReviews the specifications for analysis datasetsConducts other activities as requiredDESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor degree in StatisticsAt least 3 years of experience in Biostatistics TECHNICAL COMPETENCES & SOFT SKILLSSAS Programming, GoodBroad Range of Statistical methodology skills, Very GoodICH E9 Statistical Principles for Clinical Trials, Very GoodEnglish, GoodMS Office Suite, GoodProfessionalTrustworthyAbility to effectively prioritizeQuality focusedPersonable AttitudeWillingness to learnTeam PlayerEffective Stress Management TechniquesLearning AgilityAbility to Manage ConflictProblem Solving SkillsEffective Verbal Communication SkillsCommercial and Technical Writing SkillsNetworking SkillsLanguages EnglishEducation Bachelor of Arts (BA): StatisticsContract Type Regular
