Ruud van Breda, Behavioral ScientistYour to-do’sTalk to stakeholders about their challenges to set up a new behavior change project.Develop top-of-the-bill HR products and services with high impact on behavior(al change) in multidisciplinary teams.Co-create intervention plans with leadership teams to foster the matching culture in their transformations.Execute intervention plans to realize impact, and deliver and measure results of the interventionsInspire colleagues with the latest insights from behavioral science to apply within the bank.Keep developing yourself by learning from others to be a thought leader.Be a role model of our desired culture, for example by not blindly accepting all meeting requestsTogether we achieve more than alone
