With over 100 skilled employees with diverse backgrounds, nationalities, geographical locations, educations, and specialisations, we seek to add value across the Group.Your ResponsibilitiesAs part of the team auditing Group Compliance and the Financial Crime area, your tasks will primarily be related to Financial Crime processes and their associated governance, operational risk, and controls.Your tasks will include:

• Participating in auditing Compliance/Financial Crime processes – from risk assessments, scoping, evaluating governance processes and control assessment, to report drafting and follow-up on findings.
• Opportunity to participate in internal strategical projects that further develop Group Internal Audit.
• Opportunity to audit other Business Units/Functions within Danske Bank.

Who we are looking forWe are looking for someone who is a collaborative team-player with solid stakeholder management skills. It is important to possess strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk as well as having great writing skills and the ability to communicate conclusions effectively with logical references to arguments and documented findings in a respectful, transparent, and convincing manner.To succeed in this role, you should:

• Hold a Cand.merc.aud, Master of Science (MSc) in Economics and Business Administration, or other relevant education.
• Have at least 2-3 years of experience within risk, compliance and/or audit functions ideally related to financial crime.
• Experience related to regulatory compliance or conduct is beneficial but not a requirement.
• Be proficient in English.
