The successful candidate will handle an international workload advising on premium structured finance and securitisation work as part of a supportive and friendly team environmentThis role presents fantastic long term career prospects for the right candidate. You will build client relationships, contribute to business development and thought leadership, mentor more junior colleagues, raising your own profile and supporting the continued growth of the practice and the Firm.THE CANDIDATETo be considered fo rthis role you will have a first-rate academic background with 6+ PQE and in-depth knowledge of securitisation and structured finance transactions.Experience of acting as transaction counsel on securitisation and structured finance transactions would be is advantageous.Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
