If you’re passionate about driving change and making a difference in the financial world, join us and be part of our success story.About the role:As a Senior Associate Corporate Secretary, you will hold a pivotal leadership role within our legal and governance team, responsible for overseeing and performing corporate secretarial functions and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Your primary objective will be to lead by example in managing corporate records, coordinating board and commiee meetings, and maintaining a high standard of corporate governance. Collaborating closely with the Luxembourg team, you will oversee and mentor junior team members in Spain, ensuring their development and growth in corporate governance excellence. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will drive operational eiciency and set new benchmarks in corporate secretarial practices.This position is based in Spain and reports to the Fund Services Manager specialized in Corporate Secretary based in Spain.Key Responsibilities:Perform daily corporate secretarial operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring to meet client needs while maintaining regulatory compliance.Execute thorough reviews and management of corporate documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.Manage and maintain meticulous corporate records and minutes on fundcraft’s platform, facilitating seamless audits and compliance reviews.Foster proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, addressing client requirements promptly and eectively.Provide strategic insights in the preparation of responses to complex client queries, contributing to regulatory, client, and board reporting initiatives.Drive the coordination and confirmation of board and committee meetings with precision, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.Support new client onboarding processes and the successful launch of new corporate entities, optimizing procedures and enhancing operational workflows.Actively engage in training and development initiatives, leveraging your expertise to mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.Mentor and guide junior team members in conducting comprehensive corporate secretarial tasks and preparing documentation for review and approval by the Compliance team.Champion the continuous improvement of fundcraft’s platform, acting as a key user and providing valuable feedback to enhance functionality and user experience.Must-Have Experience / Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in law, compliance, finance, economics, business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.3-5 years of experience in corporate secretarial roles within financial services or corporate environments, and background in corporate governance and compliance.In-depth knowledge of corporate governance regulations and best practices, with a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Proven track record of driving results, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us:
